Our structure

We are funded mainly by the construction industry itself, through the statutory Levy. We receive other income from public bodies such as the Learning and Skills Council, from the European Social Fund and from our own products and services. This income enables us to provide financial support to employers who train.

Boards & Committees

The main function of the Board is in the provision, approval and financial support of training. The Board and Committees meet regularly to ensure adequate consultation between industry representatives and staff.

Operating Structure

The organisation is structured in a way which best supports the industry’s priorities and goals. There are 6 directorates:
