Management & Supervisory Development Programme (M&SDP)

Set up in 2001, M&SDP has provided financial support for Federation members and employers pursuing the development of management skills fundamental to organisational success.

In recognition of the changes taking place in the industry, the programme has been broadened since July 2009. It will now offer support to projects which focus on sustainability and innovation, whilst continuing to support management and supervisory development activities

Since the programme was established, it has provided support to over 400 projects with 85% of those directed towards small and medium sized companies.

The fund is always fully utilised and supports an average of 45 projects at a time.
