Being an Industry Training Board

As an Industry Training Board it is our job to increase training and skills. The government gives us powers to collect a levy from industry every year and we return the money collected back in training grants.

We also have a network of Company Development Advisors who visit employers across the country, providing advice on how to get the best from their workforce.
