Purpose and aim of unitThe unit enables learners to understand the requirements and responsibilities for health and safety in construction trades. It helps learners to identify hazards, wear the correct personal protective equipment and know how to follow safe working practices. In addition learners will know procedures and how to respond in accident and emergency situations.
