CITB - ConstructionSkills Single Equality Scheme
This is CITB-Constructionskills first Single Equality Scheme (SES). The SES describes in a single document how CITB-Constructionskills will fulfil its statutory duties to promote equality of opportunity and avoid discrimination, demonstrating its commitment to placing the promotion of equality and diversity at the centre of every aspect of its work.
The SES has been developed in consultation with staff, learners, employers and partners and is supported by a Single Equality Action Plan (SEAP). The action plan sets out how CITB-Constructionskills will deliver its aims and objectives as an employer, learning provider, provider of products and services and leader within the construction sector. These aims are challenging and intended to secure the organisation as an industry exemplar.
