NOTES

* Should your application be unsuccessful or an application is withdrawn during the administration process, Site Safety Plus will charge an administration fee of 15%. If a resubmission is made within three calendar months of any application being rejected only the outstanding balance will be charged. Any further applications made after this time will once again incur the full fee

** Fee for Training Providers accredited to only deliver the Site Safety for Shopfitters and Interior Contractors’ course (includes one assessment visit) is £600.00 per annum

*** All fees are exempt from VAT apart from Additional Tutor Fee

**** Individual Delegate Appeals are dealt with separately
