Grade 4 £16,357 – 18,400 per annum + Allowances
(£3,948 London Weighting + £283 Lunch Allowance)

Working as part of a team you will provide a comprehensive and confidential administration service which may necessitate travel to other office locations, particularly, but not limited, to Bircham Newton in Norfolk (PE31 6RH) including occasional secretariat support for meetings.

You will be naturally well organised, have good attention to detail and be able to work autonomously whilst co-ordinating with others to ensure the smooth operation of the Directorate administation service .  You will be confident in a full range of administrative and secretariat support; in the production of letters, memoranda, agendas, minute taking and formatting presentations and familiar with standard ICT applications.
