Play a key role in the delivery of our apprenticeships programmes.

The role

This is your chance to make a difference as you organise the training and development of new entrants to the construction industry. Flexible and proactive, you will support the progress of apprentices attending college and work-based learning. You’ll also promote careers in construction and our services at industry events.

The requirements

  • Organised team player who can operate independently and manage their own workload.
  • Knowledge of work-based learning programmes and quality inspection requirements will be essential.
  • Skilled in building relationships with young people, you will have experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • S/NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this qualification) which will be matched by a sound understanding of the construction industry.
