Claim Forms: 2010/2011 Grants Scheme Year
Please note that there are different claiming methods for different grants. If you are unable to locate the form you are looking for here please refer to the individual grant web pages where you will find full descriptions of the claiming process.
The closing date for claims within the 2010/2011 Grants Scheme is the 31st October 2011. Claims received after this date will be rejected.
- Use these forms to claim VQ and apprenticeship framework achievement grants, technical and professional attendance and achievement grants, Site Safety Plus attendance grant and CPCS Technical Test achievement grants for both the theory and the practical elements.
- Use this form to claim construction-related work-experience grant
- Use this form to claim Short Duration off-the-job training attendance grant

Please note that the claim forms below should be used to claim for attendance on courses and achievements gained up to 31st July 2010. The closing date for submission of claims for the 2009/2010 Grants Scheme is the 31st October 2010. Claims received after this date will be rejected.
