A21 - Professional-related Work Experience

architect

By broadening the skills in your workforce - you could bring more to the construction projects you work on. With a diverse, highly skilled team you can start to take on better jobs and contracts. Technical, management and professional skills are in high demand in the construction industry. You may have staff who are looking to expand their knowledge and contribute to the business on other levels. Reward your staff by supporting their career development and they will reward you and your business with their newly acquired skills.

This grant is available for graduate entrants who undertake an approved programme of work experience.
