The Grants Scheme Working Party

The Grants Scheme Working Party (GSWP) if formed of employer and federation representatives, who aim to represent all sizes of employers and all sectors of the construction industry fairly. The GSWP:

  • monitors the take-up of the Grants Scheme
  • reviews grant provision
  • maximises the Training Committee budget
  • considers amendments to the Grants Scheme and recommends changes to the Training Committee
  • considers appeals against staff interpretation of the Grants Scheme
  • recommends actions accordingly to the Finance Committee
