Kier PLC has established with North Tyneside Council a Joint Venture Company
Lakehouse, Mansell and Mulalley have been appointed as framework contractors for Procurement 2010, which is worth up to £60million a year between the contractors to conduct planned and reactive maintenance works. The project is funded by the Homes and Communities Agency via London Borough of Hackney.
