Corporate Events

Definition

A corporate event is a unique test session requested by a specific organisation for a predetermined number of candidates (numbering not less than 16), to be taken at a date and location of the customers choosing and may be throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. The method of test delivery may vary dependant on the most suitable and appropriate option for each individual scenario and may include; mobile vehicle, Portakabin or if suitable a third party location such as a conference suite or training facility may be utilised.

Details

  • A minimum of 16 candidates required per event.
  • Appointments are arranged specifically to meet the customer's requirements - specifically the chosen location and delivery method.
  • Payment is made in one transaction for all tests (£30 per test).
  • Payment can be made by cheque, BACs, credit/debit card or can be charged to your CITB-ConstructionSkills credit account (if available).

Scheduling an event

Procedure to complete a booking:

  • Complete all the required fields in the corporate booking form for each candidate also detailing the required date, location and preferred delivery method.
  • The candidate's name must be written in full as it shows on the ID they will take with them to the test.
  • Read the secure email user guide on how to securely send and receive the booking form.
  • Once complete, securely email the form to cskills.hsandecorporatebooking@pearson.com
  • If using your CITB-ConstructionSkills credit account please include your account number on the form.
  • For other payments, include your preferred method in the email containing your booking form and we will arrange a call-back.
  • Once the booking has been confirmed and payment made you will receive confirmation of the booking via secure email.
  • Should you need to make any changes to the candidates scheduled to attend the event, these must be made a minimum of five working days before the test event. Any requests received after this date cannot be processed.
  • All candidates will receive automatic individual confirmation emails/letters of their test appointments and will also receive an email or SMS 24 hours before the event if requested on the corporate booking form.
