National Skills Academy

The National Skills Academy is a network of employer-led, first class centres of excellence delivering the skills required by each sector of the economy. Providing an exciting evolution in the way that workforces are trained.

It means higher standards of training delivery, as employers know the levels of performance required from their people to keep ahead of the competition.  

The National Skills Academy for Construction is led by ConstructionSkills, managing skills and training needs on large construction projects. The aim is to help employers maintain the right skills on site to be able to deliver projects on time, to a high quality and to budget.

Employers can take control of the design and delivery of learning, working in partnership with government and top training providers, from both the public and private sector.
