ConstructionSkills receives over 40,000 applications from potential apprentices each year, which are sifted down to the best 10,000 to be placed with employers. This means you can be sure of getting a good quality apprentice who has been through our assessment and selection process.

There are three easy steps to taking an apprentice:

1. Let us know about your vacancy – by phone or online
2. We will identify appropriate apprentices for our books and put you in touch
3. You interview a selection of apprentices and choose who you wish to take on

We will appoint a dedicated advisor to support you through each step of the process.

Or, if you already have an apprentice in mind, we can take them on as a ConstructionSkills apprentice and provide the same level of support.
