Risk Assessment and Method Statement Manager CD ROM Version 5.1
This software is designed for you to create your own risk assessments to ensure compliance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, under which all contractors (large and small) are legally bound to carry out risk assessments. The programme will also enable you to compile an associated method statement for each of your risk assessments.
The programme is simple to use with drop-down lists to keep your typed input to a minimum. However it does allow you to type in additional information which is specific to your work to enable you to create a tailor-made document for your needs. Once completed, risk assessments and method statements may be reviewed and amended, either as stand-alone Word documents or by importing them back into the programme.
Once installed, your programme will operate for one year. After that period you will need to purchase the latest version of the product. The system will remind you one month prior to expiry.
This is to ensure that developments in Risk Assessment best practice are incorporated into the product and that you are working with current thinking.

This product may work on Windows 98se, ME, NT & 2000 operating systems, but they are no longer officially supported by Microsoft, and therefore ConstructionSkills cannot officially support them either.

Word processing software which is RTF file format compatible. These include Microsoft Works, Microsoft Word and OpenOffice
PDF reader software. This can be downloaded free from http://www.adobe.com
GENERAL OPERATION
After initial installation you will be required to insert the CD in your CD drive every time you run the program.
This program is not designed to be installed on Macintosh or Linux operating systems
The disk can only be installed on one PC at any one time
