What did you do before joining the industry?
Since I left school, I was always involved with the construction industry. I began life as a joiner, then I went on to do a HND in Building Studies and then a final year of a Construction Management degree.
What surprised you about the construction industry?
I was surprised by the vast amount of occupations that are available in construction. I also discovered that it is possible for every individual to reach the top if they want to progress.
