What do you do day-to-day?
We use rope access to do all sorts of things but usually maintenance - brickwork repairs, concrete repairs, painting etc. I've been up literally hundreds of buildings and steeples!

What advice would you give prospective students?
Take the job! Give it a try. Spending time away from home at college was a bit boring, but it's only 6 months of your life, so you just do it.

What does the future hold?
I don't know yet, I'll wait and see. I'd like to travel when I've finished my training, though I'm not sure where yet.

Why did you choose this career?
It's a challenging job, different from any other. You do something new everyday and there's good money to be made.
