Attract young people to your business with the Employer Toolkit
Young people are being challenged to join the construction industry and ‘Make their Mark’ with a new recruitment campaign launching on 3 April. The Positive Image campaign aims to engage and inspire young people, increasing the quality and diversity of applicants to the industry. It features interactive TV, online advertising, email response, text messaging and PR activity.
As part of the campaign there is an easy to use employer toolkit available on CD, which reinforces the campaign messages and will help to attract young people to your business. The toolkit includes a copy of the TV advert plus easy to use poster and leaflet templates which can be personalised with your company’s logo and contacts. The leaflet includes inspirational case studies and an idea about the range of jobs available in construction. There are suggestions about helpful information to include and space for you to feature details of the training and employment opportunities you offer.
The toolkit provides a useful resource in communicating with potential new recruits at events such as conferences, open days, school and colleges forums.
How to use:
- Simply use the links below to download the TV advert, poster and leaflet.
- Personalise the leaflet and poster using the guidelines suggested.
- Output to disc for print ready files.
- Request the artwork and poster as layered files in Adobe Indesign (for Mac use only)
