"It's a small company so I get to do a bit of everything, which is great. Just now I'm working in the workshop."

"In the firm, everyone knows everyone else... it's a bit like one big family!"

Why did you choose this career?
"My Dad did a lot of DIY and I used to enjoy helping him. I also loved doing technical drawing and craft and design at school."
