Working towards an NVQ as a General Construction Operative.

What are your achievements so far?
Winning the Training Award for Construction Operatives in 2004. I had no idea I was going to win the award. The three of us who were nominated all worked really hard. I think I won it because of my hard work all year and my 100% attendance record.

What does the future hold?
Once I have finished my NVQ, I would like to carry on working for AMEC and hopefully will become a foreman in the future.

On the national construction college?
I really enjoyed being at the college and the instructors were brilliant and a good laugh.
