What do you do day-to-day?
My job is mainly to supervise the subcontractors on site, but essentially what I do is to take the design from the design team and turn it into a reality, its really challenging, but satisfying work.

What advice would you give prospective students?
As long as you do your job and do it with confidence it really doesn't matter. The men I work with are people to me and gender doesn't come into it. I know I'm good at my job and as long as I prove my worth I'll continue to make progress.

Why did you choose your career?
I moved to work here from Greece because I knew that people in the UK were more open to women in what are traditionally male dominated careers. I'm still learning, so, I love it when I understand what is being completed and why.

What does the future hold?
Eventually I hope to become a Project Manager and maybe one day have my own company here in the UK.
