What do you do day-to-day?
I work in the workshop doing casting - making the moulds then casting the shapes. We do decorative work for ceilings and roofs. At the moment I am doing work for Debenhams. We also do work for other countries, like Australia, America, France and Greece.

Good bits about your job?
Getting your hands dirty is as satisfying as seeing the results of your hard work. I also get to learn about different aspects of the job, such as fibreglass modelling.

Social aspects of your job?
I go to college once a week so I get to meet lots of different people. I also get to work in a team which is good.
