What degree are you studying?
I am studying Construction Management at Manchester University.

What attracted you to your course?
There are a lot of courses to choose from in the construction industry and basically I have decided to do Construction Management because there is more site based work and you can move about.

The course that I am studying is four years long. It is a sandwich course, so I study three years at university and between my second and third year I go for a work placement with my company. Because you are sponsored you get to do some work for the company, so in the summer you get a lot of practical experience which will help you with your course and the studying that you do.

Why did you apply to be an inspire scholar?
The Inspire Scholarship not only means that I receive financial assistance through uni, it also gives me the chance to get some practical experience through a work placement at the same time, which will help me to understand my uni work.

What would your ideal job be?
My dream job would be to work on the massive football stadium at Wembley as Senior Project Manager.
